The Service, including all software, content, and materials provided or made available to you, are the property of Venier Technologies or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, unless expressly permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Venier Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Venier Technologies regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Zurich jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
